: Easy and convenient location
: Only complaint is sensitiivty the loud walking above us and you could hear every time they moved the dining room chairs...this was from multiple guests. We had to go up there repeatedly.

: The pull out bed is terrible. There are springs sticking out. Because our condo was on the ground floor, you can hear the neighbors walking on the floor above.
: Our flight was out of SLC at 4pm and check out was at 10am. We had meetings and kids at online school and tried to get a later check out but was denied which was very disappointing. We checked in very late on Friday and were hoping to get a later checkout to compensate.

: This was a VERY NICE condo.
: We attempted to contact Vacasa because we were not provided a code to access the key to the home and were only able to get in touch with someone 6.5 hours after our arrival time, close to 10p, when we were tired and needed sleep. Getting in touch with Vacasa for the questions we had was nearly impossible.

: Kitchen, living room. Nice master shower .
: Lose the foose ball table, add extra bed ( fam of 5). Drive/ Uber to everything.cabriolet should be open till 9:00 to allow village access for dinner

: When we arrived the condo was 47 degrees it was freezing and took multiple phone calls and over 8 hours for the condo to heat up. Totally unacceptable. The condo was not very clean the vacuum cleaner was disgusting full of hair on the roller I have pictures . Virtually no hangers had to make a trip to bed bath beyond. The hallways were never cleaned while we were there they were filthy. And the garbage in the garage was overflowing with garbage. I would never stay in these condos again. A big disappointment
