  : Picture and description was accurate. Good location. Good communication with host. Strong WiFi.
  : Pretty small and the sofa bed was not that comfortable, but you get what you pay for. It is good for 2 people, I think more is too much.

  : Location is in a fun district with good food options. Beautiful historic building with exposed beams.
  : Dirty and cluttered space, with much evidence of previous guests - dust, hair, coffee and food in sink, dirty fridge and microwave. Floors had not been mopped in a long time, walls were marked. Bed linen was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Mould and limescale in the bathroom and bath. There was no lock box entry, which resulted in a stressful after-hours key exchange (for which the owner requested an extra 30 euros after we had paid in full, non-refundable for the accommodation). We were provided with a dirty, battered porta-cot which we had to set up ourselves after a long day's travel before we could put our baby to sleep (owner charged an extra 30 euros for this also). Carrying a pram up and down two flights of spiral stairs every morning and night got boring fast. An unenjoyable stay in one of my favourite cities :(

  : Location is great for exploring the city and the use of public transport can be limited. This part of Paris is pleasant neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants and small shops. The owner of appartment is a very nice and helpful.

  : The property location was perfect for our week long visit. The property listing was advertised accurately. Host was very hospitable and available to reach, if needed.
  : There wasnt necessarily anything we didnt like about the property. As expected, it is an old property. However, as a suggestion, the interior furnishings and decor could be updated slightly. We spent most of our days outdoor so it didnt bother us too much.

  : This is a great apartment if you are looking for a nice stay in Paris at a reasonable price. Situated near the Pantheon, it is in a great neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops - you can definitely feel Paris' atmosphere here. It is quiet as the window is in the back yard. The door to the yard is heavy and always locked, so it is also very safe.The apartment has everything you need, including small kitchenette with microwave, stoves, cafe machine, etc. The host Philippe is so helpful and always there if you need something.
  : Have in mind though that the apartment is old, so don't expect luxury. The airconditioner is quite noisy and the window should be open when it is working, because the pipe goes through it .Also the pillows are a bit firm, but this could only be me.

  : Loved the location, Phillippe was very kind and helpful. We had a terrific time and enjoyed the Latin Quarter and had easy access to the rest of Paris from there.
