  : Nothing.The worst host and apartment. I had to wait for hours in the street with a child because hosting is irresponsible and disrespectful. It is unbelievable that this residence works in booking or Airbnb. Dirty
  : It is insecure. The same code works in the entire building. The code changes every day because the administrator is unintelligent and disrespectful.All days and nights you can see different groups waiting outside because the codo doesn't work.It is illogical. Dirty apartment.

  : The location is excellent. You can access all the main attractions easily and within walking distance to most of them. It was a perfect location.

  : Location was excellent, we have the top floor apartment, perfect for a group of 6-8. Clean and tidy, facilities were more than enough
  : Firstly I found it strange that they requested photo ID for all guest prior to the stay, and a photo of my credit card. Nevertheless, after reading other reviews I was assured it was quite normal. Especially with it being a key box on arrival. This turned out all to be fine. I was aware that payment was to be made direct to the property via a link they would send, however Booking.com kept removing the link. I tried to make contact with the accommodation a week before travelling and received no reply to emails, calls or messages. Ia booking.com. This then lead me to reach out to booking.com support, they couldnt help but also try and contact the accommodation, they also never received a reply. My worry was they would cancel my booking as I hadnt made payment because the link wouldnt work. Luckily this never happened so I arrived at the accommodation at 3pm (check in), in hopes someone would be there. after a week of me trying to call they finally answered the phone (probably because I was stood outside the property) and they emailed me a link. All in all it was all ok in the end but very stressful travelling from England with a group of 6 people not knowing if we were going to be able to get access to the accommodation and make payment. Once we spoke to the hotel, she was helpful on the phone, but it caused unnecessary stress. - word of warning be sure the payment link works prior to visiting.

  : Great location near the Louvre with cafes and bars nearby.
  : No door on the bedroom (curtain) and second bedroom is the open plan living room / kitchen/ diner. A squeeze once the sofa bed opened. Not enough towels for all guests, a broken bin and a faulty hair dryer. Nothing that ruined the stay and was still good value for money for Paris.

  : super cool pad in an excellent location. seriously, you can't pick a better spot for a first time Paris visit. everything was an easy walk for us and the condo was excellent! Loved the cool deck upstairs to chill and enjoy wine at end of day. pubs downstairs to have some night life. Really fantastic!
  : bit tight, but, to be expected in downtown Paris. Couches upstairs were a bit broken. Upside was there was an extra bed to use in the upper pull out couch (only one worked), but, we had more beds then we had expected!
