  : The entire staff (front desk, cleaning crew, breakfast area) were very helpful. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to shopping store, restaurants, metro stop, bakeries, pharmacies and etc... Nice simple breakfast included with you stay (the area is small so make sure you go down there early to get a seat). Bathroom seem to be newly renovated with nice tile work design. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room clearly noted when we arrived. The hotel also provides:1- Toothbrush and paste2-Shaving cream and blade3- Bathroom slippers, however no robes4- High quality shampoos, conditions and body soap5- Comfortable beds6- AC7- A coffee machine8 - Free Wifi
  : 1- We stayed on the third floor on the hotel, the actual floor in front of the elevator sinks in when walked on and a large piece of the hardwood floor was missing from it, which presents a safety concern (trip and fall) for people walking on it. Keep in mind it is an older building therefore most of the common hallway carpets and floors are in need of renovation (wood floor and the carpets).2- Our room was on the interior side of the hotel (which made it quieter (+), however the view out of the window was to an enclosed common utility area and you can see the other tenants, therefore minimal privacy (-). Get a room facing the front and you will have a better view.3- The bathroom was small, the door did not have a lock and the door handle area is just a large hole so you can see inside the BR, not practical when you have small children that can see you inside of the BR.4- Very very small elevator, fits one person one bag or two individuals. This only matter if you are claustrophobic otherwise it adds to the La Melown appeal.
