  : The room was well designed with plenty of storage for a small space. It was impeccably clean. Easy access to central Paris via the metro.

  : We stayed for 4 nights. They took the amount of the hotel and placed a hold on our credit card. But at the same time another amount was also put on hold. They don't seem to know anything about that. I have followed up but heard nothing from them so I have now gone to my bank to get the money released. The first amount held they have released that (but still waiting for the bank). The hotel itself - our room was on the small size but we didnt spend too much time there anyway. Ensuite was huge as was the shower. There was a little drawer fridge to keep milk. The lift fit my husband, myself, large suitcase and a backpack. Most of the people on the front desk where very helpful with directions and everyone spoke english.
  : Lack of knowledge regarding the extra payment held on my card, and the lack of response since leaving. Thats the reason for contacting my bank to deal with it.

  : Location was pretty good. 2 metro stations close by and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. Area felt really safe. Close to Montmartre and the city centre. Staff were mostly friendly and quite a few spoke great English which was helpful. Very clean hotel. The room was nice and airy too. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Room wasn’t huge but very nicely decorated. We had a courtyard view which was fine. If we a street view I think there would have been more noise on the weekend.
  : More hangers in the wardrobe. Larger cups in the bedroom and English tea would have been great!

  : Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. Good cafes on the neighbourhood.Good location if you're taking an uber from/to the airport.

  : It was close to the metro. Local bars and a few restaurants close by.Also a convenience store close by.The room has nice decor.
  : The aircon in our room did'nt work when we were first there and it was very hot in Paris.The aircon got fixed on our 3rd day there.One of the mornings the hotel alarm went off at 5 in the morning and everyone had to go outside for a couple of minutes but it was a false alarm.

  : Reasonable price, decent location and polite staff. Room was small but serviceable
  : The toilet was separate from the shower and sink. And although the toilette had a small sink attached, it was a rocky adventure given that the toilet was not anchored to the floor properly and there was no hand towels provided. Fix the toilet!

  : Location was close to where our daughter was living.
  : On arrival we were greeted by the rudest receptionist I think I've ever come across. The attitude was "we have your money so I don't really care". He really didn't want to be there. I asked questions and he answered with either a shrug or one word responses. We asked where was the lift and he just pointed to it, no words. It was weird.Our room overlooked a bakery and the dining area, we could wave to the diners in the morning, and there was a funky smell in the bathroom. The hotel was average.
