  : Clean and neat...there is an area to store your bags when the room is not allotted.
  : The lift was between 2 floors and it's difficult to carry luggage specially for senior citizens

  : The room was lovely designed, the bed was big and comfortable, as well the pillows. The bathroom had enough space but might be tight for "bigger" people, the shower head worked perfectly, as well the sink. Staff was very helpful, and kind throughout both the pre-stay and during our stay. There was a small but important detail on the room that I rarely find on other accommodations, a tissue paper box, which I will always cherish for my future stays and hope to have the same luck. Cleaning was also good. In terms of location it is excellent, if you're moving by train specially, or if you want to see the city center.
  : Nothing about the hotel itself, however:The worst point about the location itself is that the surrounding areas are more dodgy if you walk towards the stations, which is normal for every big city, but in overall I never felt unsecure. Still on the point of location, and also an important note, is that in the area of the hotel you're not allowed to purchase alcohol past 5pm time, which is a bummer if you just want to grab a beer or a wine to enjoy in your room, by yourself, or in company...Unfortunately, not only this hotel, and plenty of others have been targeted for fraud/scams under their name. I received several emails of unkown sources impersonating this hotel asking me to confirm my stay, which involved paying a sum. After a couple of emails, and chat messages I got tired of it and decided to call the hotel, where I was promptly answered, and the staff was very friendly in explaining to me what was happening, whilst confirming that my stay was fully confirmed and reserved (They also reinstated this via chat, after the call, which was a good touch). This is not the hotel's fault, but its Booking.com fault. During my trip I stayed in other hotels, and every single one suffered from this, so please be careful.
