  : The location was the only thing that was great about this place.
  : The room was filthy. I took pictures of everything upon arrival. I took a shower and walked around and my feet were sticky and black on the bottom. It was disgusting. The dryer didnt work and screeched. The elevators were not all functioning and they were hot. It was easier to trek the 14 flights of stairs to my room. We also got a citation for parking overnight when our pass was clearly posted with all the information written clearly on the pass.

  : The only good things was the balcony because we was only 14th floor Bikini bobs restaurant is good food for cheap price
  : Room 1409 the pictures do not match the furniture in the living room. Theres a hole in the front door that you can see across the street through. The deadbolt and the lock on the door do not work. There is a huge hole cutout in the bathroom behind the toilet where there must have been a leak. The condo has a small to it almost like smoke or musty that will make your clothes stink. Kitchen light dont work. And the lamp shade in the living room is completely broke off just sitting there. Definitely not worth the money Paid, it is overpriced. We Would have left the first night if I could have got cancellation the summit emailed me back and said if I would have left the first night I could have got cancellation but didnt email me that back until the next day, they would not respond to booking calling them and trying to contact them booking tried contacting the property that night but said they could not get an answer from anyone, so customer service at summit hope ya dont need anything, I was told by summit that I dont need to come to them for anything at all during my stay I would contact booking. The elevator is extremely slow expect long waits, ended up taking the stairs a lot

  : outdated, moldy smell as we walked in the door, old furniture with rips, patio door wouldnt lock, leaking water in the bathtub, knob loose in the bathtub, very low water pressure, ice maker not working
