  : If you want Motel 6 quality for resort pricing, youve found the right place! The room was nothing like the one advertised. It was outdated, not aesthetically pleasing, and filthy. We called about the cleanliness of our room and were told someone would be up right away. Hours later, a woman showed up with nothing but a broom. I asked if they have a mop and explained that I would even be willing to clean if myself and she said she would have to find out if they have a mop! The pool nearest our room was closed so we had a long walk to the beach. The check in process was terrible. It took four phone calls with conflicting instructions, two trips to the check in facility, and three trips to the office at the resort. Not at all a positive experience. Will not be back and recommend that others steer clear!

  : The room had a recliner that peeled so it could not be used. Decor very minimal an out dated. Room very small. Not enough cups, etc for four people, when it stated it sleeps four people. No where to put luggage in the bedroom. Bathroom outdated and water did not get hot, only warm. Toilet would not flush every time, would have to wait and come back to flush it. No easy access to beach from property. Property very unclean limit access to pool. No amenities on the property but had to pay for wrist band that was not needed.

  : Infested with roaches, coffee maker did not work, moldy smell, cabinets cabinets in bathroom and living room hinges are rotted. Bought new coffee maker and just left it in Room. TV in living room did not work,had to go buy batteries. A big let down,this property is not ready to rent. Have pictures,date stamped. This unit stinks so bad,used 3 can's off air freshener and Roaches we're in every room even the dishwasher with no dishes in in it. I don't complain, but the owner needs to do some upkeep.

  : The only Good thing about this property is location.
  : Where to start? Resort Collection who handles this property has the worst customer service. We did not get the room that we expected, parking and wrist band fees were also unexpected and not to mention we were never checked for our wrist bands. We never saw any security on the property. Our room was dirty and could not access our room until given a new code which took time to get someone from Resort Collection to help. When speaking with the rep we were hung up on twice. The pool area was under construction so we did not have a pool to go to. Our scenery was all construction from our balcony. It was heart breaking. Saddest of all is that customer service from Resort Collection would not help with any of this. Hoping Booking.com will.

  : That it was on the beach.
  : I was only informed a week before my stay that the entire building was under construction. There was no pools available. We had to buy wrist bands to be on property but received no amenities with it. There was no where to rinse off coming in from the beach so there was sand all over the room. There were no clear directions on which building to go to if you checked in after office hours. The room was not clean or put together well. There was pictures laying on the ground that looked as if they just havent been hung yet.

  : The room was very out dated front door looked like it could easily be kicked in not at all with the pic i saw of website for 1 bedroom just really wasnt worth 2044 plus parking and bands
