  : Good location for getting around. Nicely set up; good coffee bags; free bottle of water, cookies and bag of snacks. And earplugs. Plenty of toiletries ( in large bottles, maybe not sanitized between clients). Good towels. Small fridge on the floor (watch out for bare toes).
  : Very confusing self checkin. No sign to the "lobby" - need code to communicate with Kasa, to get instructions, then an access code to enter lobby when you find it, then a different code for the room door - and they don't say, with the codes, you need to press the checkmark after the code. There's a little voice saying something at the room door (which I tried first), but the street noise drowned it out. To add insult to injury for this senior lady, it was a second floor room and no elevator (forgot to look for that!). No help for luggage. Didn't feel safe with no staff onsite. Tiny shower, 3'x3'. Noise from street, train, and construction almost next door. Three sets of instructions for checkout, very confusing. Older motel tastefully rehabbed, but for a younger crowd, not tech-challenged seniors.

  : No sound proofing. I could hear my neighbor clearly. Providing ear plugs are a nice touch though.
