  : Payed for a room with private bathroom and this option wasnt available. Therefore, we had to share bathroom for the same price. Poor breakfast with feel options. The room didnt have air conditioning as described in the booking confirmation.

  : What I liked was the Arrbida Park, which is not related to the hotel. The park is beautiful by itself and worth visiting. I would choose another hotel in this park though.
  : Ive traveled countless times and Biovilla offered us one of the worst customer services Ive ever seen. The room I had specifically reserved after a long conversation directly with Biovilla staff was given to another guest and the room left for us wasnt ready (at 6:00pm!). When I asked them what we should do since we couldnt go to this room, a staff member suggested we sat outside and watched the sunset. They gave us the room keys at 9pm! Absolutely no compensation or proper apology was offered. When we finally got to the room, we saw that the drain in the toilet sink was blocked, so we asked them to fix it. The staff implied that I myself had made it clogged and they didnt take any action. For 3 days we paid for a hotel where the sink couldnt be used. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, but it was nothing much. One evening they served rice and the side dish was quinoa and charged 18 euros for that per person. The staff members attitude is poor and they act as if they were doing you a favor. I asked the Booking.com customer service to help me get some form of compensation or apology and after Booking rep tried contact with Biovilla for 10 days without any response from them, Booking customer service rep gave up and gave me a compensation via Booking.com itself. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Biovilla hotel to anyone. If you want to enjoy Arrbida Park choose another hotel where people are professional and know what they are doing in terms of hospitality.

  : Very calming place. We loved it! Road to the hotel is bumpy but once you arrive, it's just amazing! Nice pool with beautiful view. Very good breakfast!
  : Room had some spiderwebs and the shared bathroom was very basic but it had everything we needed.
