  : Lovely old motel typical of the architecture of the area, despite its age and associated limitations such as an awful stench of sewage in the bathroom and/or carpet and lack of double glazing and therefore noisy.
  : The room had a disgusting stench of sewage, and we requested a change, not only for that reason but because we'd booked a king suite with balcony but only received an ordinary king room. This could not be rectified as there were no staff onsite on our arrival, nor on our departure for the following day. In fact we did not see a staff member until the evening of our final night. Communication was abysmal, via either their own app or through Booking.com's message service. The app did not work properly, despite uninstalling and reinstalling. 3 weeks of trying to have our issue acknowledged and resolved by Sonder has left us vowing never to use that company's accommodations again. Such a pity for the very nice onsite manager who we finally did get to meet before our departure.

  : the person that was on sight, he cleaned room and fixed the items that were broken. He was great.
  : Everything, no staff on sight to check you in or ask for help. All of it was done via text. No lobby, no security. A terrible experience. Location was the worst close to nothing except windmills and homeless people.

  : Nice clean property with comfortable rooms and very nice pool and chairs. The staff was great in all regards.
  : The TV system is geared for subscribers to online services which is fine but even for normal channels like network tv. This does not work for this Canadian.

  : The location was very nice, not in the center of Palm Springs and close to the entrance of I-10 and supermarkets. We drove to Palm Spring center to go for dinner and we get there in 5 minutes and also used a free parking service. The room and the bathroom are very beautiful as they appear in photos and were very clean. This is an auto check in facility but the process is very easy. In the beginning we were having a small issue with the door of the building a the cleaning lady was very helpful. There is a nice restaurant on site that you can use if you are tired to go out for dinner, food was very good. Room is comfortable and swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice and clean. The value for the price was very good and I would for sure come back. The room has hair dryer, microwave, coffee machine (with coffee provided!) and fridge, so was possible to buy something to have breakfast on site before going.
  : Maybe the paid parking, since look like an open area where everyone can end up parking, not sure how much control was on it.

  : The pool area and the room were both great. Lots of furniture around the pool and courtyard. Hot pool was also great. Microwave and fridge are great in the room.
  : The white chairs and high stools in the outdoor area were filthy and not cleaned the whole week we stayed. Location is a bit far out of town and the restaurant too expensive for the property - just an observation. There was no tourist information at all on the premises. I folder in the rooms with bus timetable, maps, nearest supermarket , tourist attractions, breakfast options etc would be very handy. Although there was a microwave there was not one bit of cutlery or crockery.

  : It is a good location. The facility seemed to be clean and well maintained.
  : They charge for parking in a location where charging for parking is rare and most guests would drive. Just add it to the room cost. There is no live person and the phone people couldnt work their technology to get me into my room. It took nearly an hour. Once it was fixed, it worked fine for the rest of my stay.
