: The apartment was quite big, the food was delicious, the animation for kids was fun.
: The beach is small and crowded, it's 10 minutes away from the hotel and for small kids it's too much. There was noise during the night. One day there was a delay in the cleaning of the room and we didn't have clean towels when we came back from the beach, the lady came when the kid was taking a nap at 14:00h...

: During our stay at this hotel, my family and I occupied two rooms, with two adults in each room. We had a package that included breakfast and dinner, and we were delighted with the food. The meals offered a variety of choices, and the quality was excellent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. However, one of the rooms had a rather small toilet, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, while the food and cleanliness were commendable, the location of the upgraded room detracted from our experience. It would have been preferable to have a quieter and more central room within the hotel complex.
: Upon arrival, we were upgraded to the superior class, which initially seemed exciting. However, we soon discovered that our room was located outside the main complex, above a supermarket. Unfortunately, this meant that every morning we were awakened by the noise of the garbage being taken out by a van, which was quite unpleasant. Also during breakfast and dinner the climatisation in the restaurant was very poor and it was a bit too hot to eat.

: All staff members were great. The kids had great fun in the disco and enjoyed the pools. The rooms were cleaned regularly.
: Not much to do when there is rain to do in the hotel. Food was good but breakfast was a bit the same everyday. Be prepared also to pay extra on the beach for umbrella and drinks. Noisy next to pool area.

: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and polite. Also the location was good because it is close to the beach. Beautiful gardens.
: A person from the staff in the restaurant was obviously sick, coughing and sneezing from the flu, the management didn't care about this although we complained. This is not acceptable! The guests can get sick too. Another thing: the food was not very exciting. Everything was fresh but they didn't offer traditional greek cuisine. Also, when the hotel gets full it gets really noisy and loud and if you are looking for a quiet vacation this is not the place.

: The resort is very nicely arranged and well maintained. The building we stayed in was recently renovated so it was modern and well equipped, with a nice big balcony. The staff was very polite and helpful and the food in the main restaurant was good. We also appreciated that there were multiple playgrounds where we could play with our daughter since it was a bit cold for swimming.
: It would be great if some fresh juices were offered at the pool bar as part of the all-inclusive package.
