  : The welcome bag was a nice surprise, the TV worked well, the bed was 6/10 in terms of comfort, lots of options to adjust the temperature throughout the space. They were welcoming to my dog!
  : This place could be really nice with some small adjustments. For example, the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable & thin- anytime you laid your head on one part, the feathers would move to another section (imagine airplane pillows). The 3 signs about additional charges felt excessive, nickel-and-dime like, and made me nervous. The doors are sooooo thin that you can easily hear any noise from the parking lot, but was really only bothersome when hanging out in the living room. The shower needs to be fixed as the handle was very finicky and a 1cm adjustment was the difference between ice cold water & boiling hot. Although most of the place felt clean, the couch felt super dirty and stained. For over $200 for a night, the nickel-and-dime vibe felt odd. I had an issue with booking.com where I reserved & bought a pet room and then when I got to the hotel, they said the room they reserved for me was a non-dog room and I needed to pay an additional $40- so triple check the room you get & save the confirmation stuff (I only saved the emails and it didn't specify pet room or not).

  : Friendliness of staff/ owners. They were very accommodating and had great customer service. Love that they provided dog bed, blanket, and dishes for the rooms that allow pets - made my little critter feel at home! Super convenient location to restaurants too. Nice and quiet at night, felt safe and secure as a solo traveler during a very busy beach weekend.
  : I was very happy with my experience, but perhaps adding a toaster to the Jr Suite (not sure if other suites have one?), a kettle for boiling water, etc., would make the kitchens more convenient. Also, a picnic table for eating outside in the back grassy area would be a nice touch.
