  : Location is close to Disney and Vineland outlet (if you want to spend time shopping). Pool area is nice although it tends to be crowded especially during weekends.Room was large (we had a suite) and the mattress was good.Mickey waffles were off course appreciated by all children (and because of this sometimes a queue was formed).Game room had a lot of (mostly video) games, although you have to pay to use any.They offer free shuttle service, to all Disney Parks except to the most visited one Magic Kingdom (!?)
  : Early checkin (we have arrived ~2 hours before standard checkin hour which is at 4 PM) had to be paid around 20 usd. That's a "nice" welcome to treat new arrived guests with 1 child which had to sleep in the afternoon.They don't replace bed sheets for stays less than 7 nights (!?).The room is cleaned every other day as per stated policy which we knew, but we had to explicitly ask at hotel reception because they somehow "missed" our room during our 4 nights stay.Breakfast was poor as per european standards at least (e.g. no vegetables, no fruits, no cheese or ham), but I believe it's hard to get(or very expensive) a good breakfast.

  : The breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts to have ever had. They only had an option of scrambled eggs and some type cold meat. The Mickey Waffles were disappointing, the actual batter had no taste, and the toppings were satisfactory. The customer service from night “manager” is awful, sorry non-existent and even more so from leadership team. Complained while on site and still waiting to receive a response.

  : Location was great, was near some great eating places and stores. Not too far from Magic Kingdom. Loves that. Arcade on property for kids, lobby was entertaining and pleasant. Pool was nice and comfortable, including fire pit.
  : Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to park, but lot wasn’t secured and you could never find a close parking spot at night, had to walk very far with family, felt very unsafe. Had my daughters friend ask maid to get us extra towels because we had a room of 5 and they didn’t want to accommodate us, called lobby and took nearly three hours to bring up some clean towels that I had requested and it wasn’t even what I requested and they weren’t clean, one washcloth had strands of long brown hair and another one had a trace of orange lipstick, absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Just really made me say this is my last time visiting this location. I was highly disappointed with that. Also the lock on bathroom sliding door was broke. The bedroom sheets had pieces of hair. It’s like they just come and spray if the sheets don’t look dirty and reuse them. Next time I might just carry my own bed sheets and for sure my towels and wash clothes, but I know I want be going back to this particular place.

  : Staff was friendly…
  : My room wasn’t ready on time. I tried an early check in.. I arrived to the hotel at 1:15pm. And my room was ready at 5:30pm… unbelievable! The room was different from the one I reserved. I hated the bathroom in front on the beds. When you turned on the bathroom light at night, the entire room was bright! The light in the room was poor. WiFi never worked.
