  : The pool and lounge area was very nice. The firepit was awesome and the tiki bar next to it was great. The gym had good equipment and was clean. The room had the right amount of space and was clean.

  : There was construction this was not mentioned when I made the booking. I thought the lower price was due to the "non-refundable". Nowhere was construction nor paint fumes mentioned. Also, the air conditioner did not work on our room. The second day of our trip in Orlando was going to be 105. We could not stay in an unairconditioned room. The manager and the technician tried to explain the sensor, but we stayed in the room a good fifteen minutes the a/c would kick on for 30 seconds and go off again. Not getting rid of the paint fumes. It's really awful and this is the second chance we've given Hilton we're not going to try again we thought they were a good brand, I guess not. The shuttle service was not great either it's three times in the morning and three times in the evening. For not very much more you can stay on property and you get shuttle service every couple minutes, ice cold air, no construction or paint fumes, room service. Don't bother with this knock off stuff. It's a racket. I'm sorry we wasted our time here, never again. We checked out the first night and left to stay on a Universal property and we were much happier.
