  : Access code was wrong. Took almost an hour to resolve. After 12 hour drive with kids not very pleasant. Shower was not useable do to no handle. This was a known issue before our arrival as the part was "on order". HVAC did not work. Hand held shower want not working.

  : we liked the location of it.
  : We were completely blindsided that the property didnt look like what we expected at all. it looked nothing like the photos. this room was much smaller than what we booked. Even though it had the same bed spaces, we were heavily cramped than what we expected. We had two bathrooms and one of the showers was completely broken. we had to call maintenance out first night and even they couldnt fix it. So our entire group of 12 people had only one show to use. Also our given door code was invalid so we had to call a hep desk and it took forever to actually get us in the room. The room wasnt completely cleaned before we arrived either. We found a pair of mens underwear under one of the bed skirts. And finally, our AC unit didnt work. We had ere sheltering in the room. I was super super disappointed in this property. The pool room had so much chlorine and chemicals, the fumes it burned all of our eyes without even putting our heads under the water.

  : We liked the condo, spacious for kids to move around in. Comfy master bed.
  : Vacasa didnt follow through on what they said they would do- we paid $30 for them to check the room for a shirt we know we left in the closet. (this was shortly after checkout time, so theres no way cleaning services were finished). They said they would let us know with a phone call and we never heard a thing. Wouldve gotten the shirt returned had the condo been rented from the facility itself. The handle broke off the master shower. The shower ran for almost 24 hours before a repair man arrived.
