  : Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable and the staff is always friendly.
  : Ants...There were a significant number of ants crawling out of the radiator. I was able to kill several dozens of them myself, but it was kind of gross. Also the shower door did not stay closed....kept sliding open.

  : The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great for our kids. The staff was helpful and attentive to needs. For instance, I was making a cup of tea at the coffee/tea area around 9 pm and the water ran out. A staff member was there almost immediately to refill the water and make sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was good.
  : The location is a little weird and cut off from other things in the area

  : So I had only stayed there overnight and let me tell you I just got charged $300 on a Sunday and they stated they charge me because I was smoking in one of the rooms Ive never smoked a day in my life so Im pretty sure theyre running a scam over there so be very careful if there is a plastic bag over your smoke alarm be very sure the second you see it to go downstairs and let them know. You should actually be checking your hotel room for one of those because that indicates that people are smoking, I have read a bunch of reviews that thats whats going on why they have the bags there and obviously the housekeeping is not cleaning them, so be extraordinarily careful. Youre gonna need to thoroughly look. I called customer service and emailed the manager Hannah ROE!!! This is the woman who charged me and probably didnt even look at the room and check to see if there was at all. Just wanted to charge me. Its like theyre running a scam over there. Its disgusting. I was there for family and I will never stay there in my life. I have never been so disgusted.
