  : large spacious rooms. Fantastic location ski in and out.
  : There are no staff, per se. You are renting an apartment and if that's what you want the building is OK. The facility is a bit dated as are the rooms. The lounge is outboard of the main lodge and you have to go outside to access it. The facility did not have enough maintenance staff to keep the walkways passable during the snows so we could not use the lounge. The front drive and access roads were not ploughed during our stay. The garage had a large ice curb form, blocking passage of vehicles, even our large 4 wheel drive. We told the on site manager and she said there was a shovel in the garage. Thanks! they finally had a worker chip out the ice with a pick so we could leave, but that took 90 minutes. There are no services ( including maid service) no valet and no bell.

  : there was no staff, neither when we arrived nor in the morning. we were left with an envelope to check in and had to walk around to find our way into the building and then to our room. the lock on our door didnt work so we had to sleep with an open door all night. room was a bit dingy.
