  : Location is great. Right on beach. Close to town and shops but not in the heart of the mayhem. A little long to walk but since parking by the pier is pricey it is walkable and I’d suggest if you can - probably 10/12 minutes. Pool area and hot tub are beautiful. King bed was comfy. We had a family room.Futon as second bed was fine for a night or two, wouldn’t advise for a longer trip. It was nice to have two separate areas and two TVs. The room was long so the front was a living area with kitchenette and the bathroom to the side and the back of the Long room was the closed off bedroom area. With the king bed in there it was just enough room to walk in each side of bed and the dresser on one side. Did hear the train once during the night but only bc I was awake. The front living room futon area is a little hot bc the ac is in the back king bed area and the front only gets ac from the back bedroom Furniture and kitchenette area new and updated.
  : Bathroom small and could be a little cleaner. Very strict on checkin and check out times Tile floors with some cracks but they don’t interfere at all just cosmetic. The beach is right there which is great but it needs to be cleaned /raked. Maybe since it’s a private area it doesn’t get tended to. Lots of seaweed attracting bugs and some trash mixed in. OOB beach is a bay / inlet. If you’re looking for bigger waves and the sounds of the sea being right on the beach here you won’t get that here. There is no real lobby or common area. It’s just a tiny office.
