: i liked nothing about this hotel apart from the barman who was kind enough to lend me his phone charger and was really polite to us.
: upon arrival i told the hotel I would need an adapter for my iphone. I was expecting them to have a charging port but they didnt. the hotel receptionist was utterly rude and disrespectful to me and kept telling me "its not our problem" she made me so mad and said this approximately 10 times. she was doing everything she could to NOT help me and for the money I paid I was extremely disappointed with this lack of service. the barman came to the rescue and lent me his charger for which I was truly appreciative. the next morning I had to borrow a charger again and this time it was a new receptionist. So as I was explaining the story to her about my charger and the fact I have no adapter I said "I had a problem yesterday" and she was quick off the mark to correct me by saying "i would not call it a problem, Its a situation" this is the kind of arrogant staff that are working here (except the barman) -the next morning I see the cleaner has left all her cleaning gear on my patio entrance - they should not do that. It should be only after I have left/checked out. there were lots of tiny insects in the bathroom, i thought I was in a scary movie. the jacuzzi was dirty. this place was not worth the money and they are charging for the views. pool was small and badly laid out. Overall the whole stay and place was bad and I think if such hotels gave due attention to guests they could stand a chance for the best in the world. However this hotel, should get an award for the worst hotel.
