  : Great location in South Oceanside near beach, restaurants and bars. . The deposit required was only $50 and the management is very quick to return deposit instead of not picking to find ways to keep deposit as I see at other small hotels.

  : The staff was very inconsiderate of my service. The staff member is not supposed to ask for my dogs papers and did. My dog is an esa. The staff member along with another staff member both told me they would not check me in without his papers and told me that there is a no pet policy. My dog has a service dog harness and tag on his harness and that should be enough. However the staff members would not except that and by the disability act they are not supposed to ask for the paper work. Very unprofessional and very rude staff members. I had already paid for the room and wasn't able tp check. The hotel will be hearing from my lawyer

  : THEY HAVE RATS AS OF JUNE 14TH, 2023 NASTY!!!! We arrived at the hotel approx 2:30am June 14th. We heard noise at night but didn't know what it was. We woke up approx 9am wanted possibly extend the reservation however there were mice in our room. We immediately called the office whom stated they couldn't help because the maintenance wasn't there. We packed our things and took them out the room. We have the mice on video in the room. We were unable to shower or even brush our teeth because the mice were running in the room.
  : Shut this place down, it's like a shelter.
