  : Very cute House. Clean & well decorated. Great view from the Water facing decks. Updated technology and Wi-Fi for fast easy connectivity. Information in the unit had wring Wi-Fi name and password so make sure To check the arrival text they send out as that had the correct info.
  : 1) Absolutely horrible communication and experience with a Vacasa. Despite a 24 hour free cancelation policy that was in the email they Would not allow us to cancel 5 minutes after making the reservation so we had to re adjusted our entire schedule. 2) Advertised price was $101 but the actual price was $316 that is a massive discrepancy and I feel it was mis advertised and is very misleading. I understand there are local tourism fees and other fees added but trippling the price is excessive. 3) They had black tea and decaf coffee but what we wanted was Normal Coffee and Herbal tea. Had a Box of herbal tea but it was filled with old open black tea bags. Would have been nice to have some normal sugar packets in addition to all the artificial sweeteners they had. Some preferred cleaning and maintenance and odd locations but overall in good shape. 4) Informational sheet left in unit had instruct info for Wi-Fi log in, password and television instructions. It appears they have updated the Internet and the living room television to newer units but have not updated their instructional document they leave for guests. Minor inconvenience but we were still able to get connected after a little research on wifi and some common sense on which remote control to use based on the names of the equipment.

  : The proximity to the beach, the balcony views, the washer and dryer, the kitchen and all it’s amenities. ceiling fans and multiple tvs. The decorations are lovely and the home feels comfortable. Providing some of the laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and Dove bathroom products was thoughtful.
  : The kitchen and master bath lights are dim and might have a short. A few of the remotes had dead batteries. It wasn’t deep cleaned so there were cob webs, dust on high surfaces, stains on the couch (the pull out part was hard to maneuver like it was off track) the blinds were in disrepair in several rooms. The 2nd floor balcony screen has holes and was difficult to move. The 3rd floor balcony screen was completely destroyed and unusable. The room off the garage seemed like an after thought. It only had a shower liner, no decorations, the tv wasn’t hooked up and there was no remote and there was a chair that was clearly covered in something yellow (maybe paint) next to the couch.

  : No Washer and Dryer. The old one was removed and the new one was in the garage. Don’t know why it wasn’t installed. We went without a washer our entire vacation. Carpets were dirty. Many light bulbs were out. Window screens were torn. Kitchen sink was loose and leaked. Bikes were not useable. Other than the view, not a good place to stay.

  : Great views, very peaceful location, comfortable beds, large rooms, nice kitchen facilities. We appreciated having an entire house to ourselves.
