  : I call to reserve a lower level because of my health. I was told I would be downstairs but when I arrived I had to climb stairs for 4 days I was very disappointed I wanted a refund but was refused. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and inexperienced. I have been staying here for the last 3 years on vacation but I will not be coming back .

  : Clean room with comfortable beds. Loved being able to go to the pool and beach and met a lot of nice people.
  : Asked for a king bed and confirmed it online with my Booking.com reservation. However, was told there were none on our arrival. Queen bed was very nice though.

  : We had a nice stay during the bike rally this year ..close to the drunk bus ..oops I mean the bus line ..rooms clean.and No carpet on the floor is a plus!! They have updated and made it comfortable for the age of the property.

  : The staff was unresponsive by phone or text. The room had cold water in the bathtub, the owner would not respond. No one was at the property at 4:15 pm to help with the issues in the room. Left my keys to the room with no WiFi password provided. I requested my money back and he is giving me a hard time refunding me. He took my credit card payment without me signing in. What a shady place this turned out to be. Must be new owners.
