  : Air conditioner was broken, it wasn't very tidy, some trash in corners of room and floors were dirty.

  : The room was fine, but this is basically a corporate AirBnB. The cleaning fees were about as much as the room itself. I could have spent less and stayed in a hotel with breakfast and amenities.

  : I dont know where to begin. Upon arrival at the property I received a survey asking me about the cleaning conditions as I was literally experiencing shortness of breath due to the amount of pet dander, dust, hair on the couch, the bed the carpets on the floor. The floor was sticky. I have no idea what was on the floor, there was sand on the floor as well. We had to run to the nearest Walmart to buy bedding because as I arrive, I began to experience asthma, as well as a tremendous amount of shortness of breath. I left the property on Saturday morning and I still feel ill with asthma as I assemble this message Monday evening. Vacasa should never advertise this property as being pet free because it is not. I have a pet and does not shed because I am terribly allergic to pet hair. There was obviously a pet laying on the bed prior to our arrival. There were people coming in and out of the units with very large size dogs. The outside of the property is nothing like what I saw on this website. Filters were used to advertise a property because its nothing like what we saw on Booking.com. I will never stay here again. Vacasa Representatives did Quickly reply to messages, however, neither Booking.com or Vacasa, have replied, as far as my dispute. I am very disappointed.
