  : The property is new and clean.
  : Noisy. It appears that there is no soundproofing in the walls, ceiling and floors. We could hear conversations in the adjoining rooms and footsteps above. THERE WAS NO CLOSET TO HANG CLOTHES. We paid over $500/night and had no closet. We noticed poor construction of the elevator floor before we even got to the room. Kitchen light switches were awkwardly located in the corner. There was poor workmanship on portions of the floor.

  : I booked the stay for my fiances birthday. I emailed the owner and told him that we were driving 7 hours and told him I didn't have a chance to grab a cake or anything since it was such a long ride so I asked him if possible if he could buy one and put it in our room. He went out of his way, with his own money, to grab me a cake for her!
  : The beds were alittle old and starting to get sunk in.The pool looked bigger in the pictures.

  : The motel is brand new so it was aesthetically pleasing...nice floors and nice spacious and clean bathrooms. The maid and maintenace staff are friendly. The location is ideal for families..only 1 block to the beach and boardwalk.
  : The beds were too soft, there were no ice machines in our building...had to go across the street to the older Impala motel for ice, advertised there were laundry rooms for guests to use but no washers or dryers were in the laundry rooms, the blinds in the rooms are remote operated-ours was broken and we had to manually roll the blinds up and down when we needed privacy-was a pain in the neck, there are no hooks anywhere in the room to hang towels or wet suits on, the public bathroom near the pool had no soap or paper towels...just a toilet and a sink. Much of the motel appeared to be unfinished...painting was incomplete and there were paper signs everywhere. The pool is relatively small for the motel size and it is a salt water pool.

  : Only one chair outside at table. Other floors have more than one. Something was dropped by our door and place def has an ant problem. Mini refrigerator did not get cold.

  : Window blinds were broken couldn’t close for privacy or to keep light out called front desk they new it was broken before I checked in did nothing about the problem

  : The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice
  : We had to change rooms every night of our stay. The first room the air conditioner didn’t work so we had to move to another room which wasted a good amount of time that day…the second day we moved again because there was a mix up with adding a night to our stay and getting set up in a room in a different part of the hotel
