  : The staff was very kind! Tha apartment has a good location. The mini kitchen (microwave, tee maker, plates, glasses etc.) was very useful. The room was warm and big enough for two people. The french bed was comfortable.

  : The location was good, you could pretty much ski in and out. The flat had a lovely view. We had to pick the keys up from a completely different place, which is a bit of a nuisance when you arrive without a car. They were very flexible on the arrival time though and let us have the key very early as the apartment was ready.
  : There was no heated ski boots storage, which might sound petty, but it is really hard to get your ski boots on without them being thoroughly dry and warm. I ended up taking them up to the flat, which wasn't always convenient and the flat was quite small with three people in. The flat itself was too hot despite turning all the radiators completely off! Not much of a welcome pack, had to buy washing up liquid, salt, sugar

  : Location is great. the room was clean and tidy. The receptionists at Snowwhite hotel (where you pick up the key) are very friendly

  : uncomfortable beds and terrible pillows, none of the doors cold not be closed
