  : Came to town for an emergency. Had no clue they didn’t rent to anyone in a 50 mile radius of the property. Clerk was rude and treated me like I was some kind of junkie. Booking should something in place so it does not allow you to book these properties if you live too close.

  : Nothing! because the front desk rep treated me as I'm nothing and said we couldn't stay there because we had local ID address . But we are moving out of stay and needed a night to rest before we go. I had my closing contract to show. But she was very rude . So we went to Quality inn that understood our situation. If they don't take locals, they shouldn't use you guys for service then I had to request a refund. When I needed the money at that moment.

  : There are people living at this hotel. There is no pool and the picture shows a pool. Linens were dirty and blood stained, we were told there was no one to do laundry. Rooms are very run down. Grills and empty beer containers littered the walkway. Staff does not refresh rooms and we had to buy our own washclothes because, again, we were told there were none clean. Breakfast is simply a nutrigrain bar. It is absolutely nothing as advertised.

  : The tv did not work. WiFi did not work. Smoke detector off the wall. Mattress had huge holes with padding hanging out. Telephone did not work. Every towel was stained. Sheets would not stay on the bed,Staff could not help and did not offer to change rooms.
