  : Some poor services, no food available anywhere in the afternoon, only tea/coffee and crisps available in golf clubhouse. Bar closed at 11 and no night porter facilities could not even get hot drinks apart from room facilities.

  : Good selection of food for breakfast and evening meal. Great location. Large room.On arriving home found that I had left my address book at the hotel, staff were very helpful in finding it. Lovely approach.Fantastic facilities.
  : We stayed for 4 nights and room was not serviced once, although it did say in writing it would be. Could leave things outside the door to be seen to. Bins, towels etc but still left outside the door. Had to ask for toilet rolls. Not much drawer space. There were prom nights on in the evenings, 1st one took over 50 minutes to get down the drive and eventually find a parking space at the furthest point behind the golf club house, car got scraped same evening. Although we had a disabled badge. Mentioned it at reception - the member of staff was not interested.Re address book, I did ask if I paid them postage, could they send it on, but wanted pre-paid envelope.

  : Arrived at reception to be told we had one room not two. Turned out they had given one of our rooms to another guest?! Had travelled for 6 hours, so not feeling over tolerant, and nonchalant staff weren’t helping. Managed to get another room but had to make do with a double not a twin that was previously agreed. Turned out the Lionesses were staying there, so perhaps they got all the trained and courteous staff. Not a pleasant experience nor what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

  : Bedroom very dated Hallways grubby Bar shut at 1030pm and returned from work 1035 and couldn’t get so much as a bottle of water. Not even a vending machine

  : The two blond female staff members in the restaurant and the first room they gave us was cramped with filthy walls. Narrow stairs to the room was awful
