  : The hotel was clean and smelled great.
  : We wished the cafe was open. It would be nice to have an extra towel or two. Next time you design a hotel please make sure the sink is in the same room as the rest of the bathroom, that is kind of a nutty layout with no door between the room & sink.

  : The pool was only 5ft and not really a pool to actually swim properly in. The hotel stole my boyfriends money that was only used reserve a room; they charged his account even though he didnt check in. There was no set breakfast time.

  : I booked the room 3 weeks to a month in advance for a trip to cedar point. We drove 3 hours there to go stay and go to the park the next morning. We arrived around 10 ish to our hotel later that evening after everyone got off work, to find out that our room had been given away. The front desk kid has made a comment that the owner had taken our room and was holding a party in it. We got stuck at 11 pm trying to find a new hotel for the night. We asked the manager to refund us money since finding a stay this late would be expensive. He told me to calling booking.com, which was completely pointless. Booking.com did not cancel my reservation, the owner did. DO NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOT HELPFUL.
