  : - petfriendly - very helpful, multilingual staff - spacious car parking free of charge - near river side and city center - rooms towards yard are quite quiet
  : - quite expensive the rate for dogs: if you have several dogs this additional fee easily might extend room rate - using elevator to upper levels and from reception to exit/ground floor you have to call each time reception and wait for unlocking - breakfast room was rather more a cantine for offices located in same building: no athmosphere at all - water supply war very poor, at least in 4th. floor - old furniture - during 3 days stay no towels were changed nor any cleaning in the room - no international TV channels available - no air condition

  : Upon arrival we got a plastic card to open the door of the building after 19h. The card did not work, it did not open the door. When I phoned the contact from the hotel and explained our case, then we were offered no help. Standing at 21h in front of the closed door of the building waiting for luck if somebody comes from inside or not ... it was no fun!

  : The staff was very friendly and very helpful. When we asked to cancel 2nd night and refund, there was absolutely no problem.
  : - Temperature in the room 30+ - WC flushing not working at all - Dirty water - Extremely noisy until cca 03:00am

  : Breakfast is tasty and good.
  : I cannot take a shower. I pay 60 euro for what? For dirty water. It's not normal. There is no mini bar in room. If you want to drink water, you should go to the shop and buy it. There are no glasses, nothing. You should take care of your visitors!!!

  : The hotel is in an excellent location in the very center of the city.
  : The hotel staff had not provided anything for cooling and the rooms were hellishly hot and impossible to sleep in. Breakfast was poor.

  : Tv has only about 10 slovak and czech channels. Weak WiFi connection, lot of mosquitoes (missing net on window/balcony against mosquitoes), old school bathroom, noisy night club "Mexico" under hotel/drunk noisy people.
