  : Avoid like the plague.
  : Booked twin beds, as I was with my daughter. I arrived to find one double bed, asked for a refund but was refused. Same happened to another couple who arrived at same time, also refused refund, they had asked for twin beds and non smoking. They got a double and a smoking room. Owner extremely rude, room was tiny. Hotel dingy and smelly. Makes money from misrepresenting the hotel on book.com. totally awful experience. Do not go to this dump and avoid meeting the cheating owner who cares nothing about guests or his reputation. He said he doesn't care about the reputation of his hotel because the tourists still come. Both ourselves and the other couple from New Zealand left putting the unpleasant experience down to bad luck encountering an awful owner and his really awful hotel and his lying about his facilities. Unfortunately there is no way of fighting these cheats. Once you have paid then find you are not getting what you paid for you have no way of recovering your money. This hotel and owner should be banned from booking.com .

  : Dirty filthy building with pigeon excretement everywhere all over shutters / windows. Pigeon feathers inside main living area all over table and woke up with bites after first night. No fittings in shower to hang showerhead up and bath fittings blocked off so cant be used. Housekeeping did not visit our room once. Had to be moved. Manager disinterested and sends maintenance man to listen to your problems and concerns. Needs refurbing completely or shutting down. Its awful

  : Dishwasher didnt work which caused a power cut. No way of getting this fixed at 8pm on a Sunday night

  : We stayed at Odalys for 6 nights. Overall it was a really good experience. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop, metro, tram and the beach! The staff was nice too and we were allowed to leave our luggage after we checked out.
  : We weren't able to figure out how to adjust the AC. It was a bit warm so we left the windows open instead.

  : The bathtub could use a shower curtain to prevent water from spilling onto the floor.
