  : We were told to pick up the key at the office reception. We went there first, but no one was in the office. We called them and was told that someone will meet us in front of the property and let us in. It was inconvenient because we had to walk from the office to the property with our luggages - about 10 min walk, not far but when you have luggages it was a bit inconvenient.

  : The propert is in a great location close to shops restaurants tram stops and promenade. It was very clean well equipped spacious and confortable.
  : The holiday experience was less pleasing due to two things. 1/ The totally annoying and over complicated on line check-in system. 2/ Having been told to pick up the key at the local office. When we arrived there was no one to meet us at there. We waited 10 minutes and still no show, We then called them and was told that someone will meet us in front of the property. We had to walk from the office for about 10 minutes to the property with our luggages. On arrival at the property there was still no one to meet so we phoned again and were told someone was on the way. They arrived 10 minutes later and let us in. This is not the way we like to start our holiday it is very unprofessional.

  : Perfect location. Bright and spacious. Washer and dryer on site.
  : Had to pick up keys at a different location from the apartment. No staff was on sight to greet us and give keys. Had to wait too long with all our luggage on the street. Staff not very friendly once they arrived, then long walk with luggage. Door sticks. Sheets, towels, dishes not very clean. Many stains. No linens provided for the futon until the second night. Futon was broken and very uncomfortable. Very loud air conditioning in one bedroom and living space. No air conditioning in 2nd bedroom and very very hot! No shampoo or conditioner, only body wash provided.
