  : I didnt like Booking.com charging me three months in advance and giving last cancelation date of June 6th when I didnt arrive until August 14th.The booking.com website for reservation is very deceiving. The fees were over the top. What is a destination fee? Only for cars.. The carpets were filthy. The mattress was 1910 vintage. Totally shot.. The fridge made so much noise it woke me up several time a night.. Basically not worth half the nightly fee of $278. Ive returned to Nye beach each year for 50 years this was my most unpleasant stay. This 1900 Bungalow needs some work..

  : The location was great.
  : The property, in general, could use updating. There is missing paint in the back bedroom, and the inside of the front door is damaged. The couch and chair in the living room are VERY uncomfortable. It seems that it would require a small investment to provide furniture that is more pleasant. In addition, the listing made a point of siting the presence of a nice flat screen television, but neglected to mention that there is no cable.

  : The ocean view from the front window was amazing. We were glad there was a bench just outside of the bungalow to sit on and listen to the ocean. Husband liked the beach bungalow decor and atmosphere.
  : Maintenance needed, plants on walkway path needed to be taken care of as that was a slip hazard for elderly people such as my dad. The weatherstrip on front door floor area needs to be replaced. The front door needs to be replaced or at least painted. ***Definitely need another towel bar in bathroom.***3 people using bathroom and only 1 towel bar for 3 bath towels and hand towel***TV was a joke, it was large but couldn't get stations on it. The programming was very limited. We tried to get the NBA finals and not able to get it, weird tv programming. Also, you have to pay a cleaning fee for the next people that stay BUT the kitchen wood table was covered in dust. I mentioned that to Vacasa but didn't do anything about it. The beach wasn't within walking distance.
