  : I like that the hotel was not far from the beach or water country usa. We had a great time and our stay here at Comfort Suites was good. The children enjoyed the pool. I also like the complimentary lemon water they have by the entrance and elevator of the hotel.
  : The restaurants in the area was okay. The food was not good at most of the restuarants we went to. The hotel breakfast could be a little better but overall a good stay.

  : Free breakfast was great for my four kids and they also loved the indoors pool. I also like the space in the room and privacy given to us. The sofa bed was also a plus to separate the children some. My kids enjoyed having a blowdryer to dry their hair along with the shampoo provided.
  : The staff should definitely look into supervising the pool better for safety reasons. I seen people letting their kids come to the pool without a guardian. I also seen kids under the age of 4 attempting to dive into the water with parents there. I think having a staff member just for that area to make sure the rules are being followed could save a life. They also were cutting the lights off while we were swimming when we went around 7pm. I ended up leaving until the pool was clear so my four kids could enjoy it without the teenagers who were horseplaying.

  : I only stayed one night despite having advance reservations for 4 nights. I called to cancel the first night on Thursday. Change of plans. The women on the phone was very rude and told me I couldn’t drop the one night. I was coming on Friday instead of Thursday. She told me she couldn’t help me and hung up. Unfortunately I lost my reservation because I was no show. I explained to the manager when I checked in on Friday what happened. He apologized. I had to find another place to stay! I was very upset!!

  : The property was clean and everything except for breakfast was very good. It is very close to everything, 20 min to Yorktown beach and a lot of stores and restaurants near by.
  : We didn’t like Breakfast. No many options, poor.

  : Dirty. The booking photos and hotel in real life are completely different. Not a sanitary hotel. Dirty bedding! soil on bathroom floor and food debris on carpet.
