Disappointing

  : Location is great
  : The apartment is small, and has way too much furniture in it and not enough living space (why two separate dining tables each with 4 chairs?) the apartment is dark with no overhead light and relies on a couple of table lamps to light the whole thing - one of which didn’t work. Half of the outlets in the apartment didn’t work. The wifi didn’t work and I had to hotspot my laptop the entire time. Moreover, the apartment was filthy. There was hair everywhere - on the floor, on the couch, in the bed on the sheets. It seemed as though the cleaning crew did a whole 15 min on the place. It was gross. Overall would not stay here again or recommend.

  : The layout of the apartment and the huge windows were awesome. The kitchen was top notch, and the bathroom spacious for New York standards! The area couldn't be beat, and it was a great landing spot for us to figure out our next steps in the city.
  : The general maintenance of the building such as the carpets, walls in the hallway, broken elevator from the basement laundry could definitely improve. The apartment could benefit from a new bed and a sturdier platform as well. It would also be a good idea to get the big dresser drawer unit out of the bedroom, so that there's a bit more space to move around.

  : The apartment was not ready when we arrived. When we returned in the evening the door was open with all our belongings inside, nothing was missing...but. The apartment didn't have towels. I complained the first night and after complaining every day they brought the towels the last night. There was not toilet paper, we had to buy it. The beds were really uncomfortable, no pillow covers, we had to put some T-shirts, and in general the apartment was dirty. Worst experience in NY.

  : It was the worst thing that ever happened to my vacation... I am with my parents arrived at 12AM in JFK and checked into the apartment at 12:40.  The first thing that caught my eye was that this apartment is not 999ft.2. It's 500ft.2, yes, I measured it.  There was regular sofa in the living room.  No  sofa bed , as it was said in  description. Very dirty apartment. The toilet was all soiled in urine... Next... No towels, No hairdryer,  No toilet paper,  No soap, No shampoo, No linens  No TV,  No Wi-Fi, No smoke alarms,  No carbon monoxide detector NOTHING!!! I called the host to which he replied that he could not help, it was very late at night. We were very tired and went to bed at 3 am. My wife and her parents on a queen bed and I on a regular sofa. The next day some guy brought us an air mattress.  No sheets or pillows.  Also did not bring towels for all 7 days that we rented an apartment.  We use paper towels after bath. I don't recommend these scammers to anyone. Save your money. Save your trip.

  : IT WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. I got the keys to my unit and walked into someone else’s. Horrible horrible experience. Had issues with so many things like heat, enough toilet paper or paper towels, no garbage bags, just wasn’t prepared, and wouldn’t even discuss refunding or discounting me for any of it. The worst was truly my arrival being jet lagged and LITERALLY GOING INTO SOMEONE ELSES APARTMENT!!!

  : The location worked for our purpose, as we were doing a show at the Metropolitan Pavilion one street away.
  : Horrible. They were still in the middle of cleaning when we arrived 30 min AFTER check in time. Then, we went back to a room that had ZERO toilet paper, ONE bath towel for the whole apartment, NO linens for the 2nd bed, and a completely clogged bathtub shower. I reached out to our "hero" multiple times from the moment we realized all of this, and after 2 days of consistent texting and calling, we only managed to get ONE roll of toilet paper, and a few towels and 3 fitted sheets left outside of our door. We received NO additional blankets during our whole 5 night stay. I gave my guest my blanket, and I was so cold I had to sleep with my hoodie on and 3 fitted sheets laid on top as blankets. With the plumbing, they finally sent a plumber on day 3 to semi-clear the clog. It started backing up again 24 hours later, and the bathroom smelled like clogged sewer pipes - so gross. The plumber also left his mess and used rubber gloves in the bathroom. If we hadn't been so busy with our tradeshow and buyer dinners every single night, we would have left this property immediately. I was beyond disappointed in our "hero" that was assigned to us as well as SoBeNY's customer service (who only forwarded our email to our "hero") and Booking.com's customer service (who only forwarded to SoBeNY's customer service). I will never book any SoBeNY property again, and I am sadly hesitant to book through Booking.com again after this experience.

  : They were nice enough to meet me early to drop our bags.
  : When we dropped our bags they told us the place would be ready by 3pm. It wasn't ready until 8pm! The sofa bed still had old sheets, no extra toilet paper or sponges for dishes were provided. I kept losing wifi and the hallways smelled really bad along with a dog that wouldn't stop barking over night. I wanted to like the place as I spend a good amount of money and loved the location but unfortunately it didn't meet up in quality.

  : Overall room functions were great. And apartment is located in a great location.
  : A/C in the living room was not working; no one came to fix until check out. We stayed for 7 nights but we got only a small bottle of soap and shampoo. No doormat in the bathroom.
