  : the property needs maintenance and renovationalso i dislike the use of rugs in the bedroom and the bathroom is tiny for a 4star hotel (no room to place personal toiletries or to use the sink comfortably)

  : Lots to like: location is great, staff were lovely, manager's wine and cheese hour every day was a convenient meeting point before dinner. There were fluffy bath towels and plenty of toiletries. Issues were sorted out quickly - coffee machine produced when we asked where to get coffee in the morning, and an engineer arrived very quickly to sort out aircon that didn't seem to be working properly.
  : Two main issues: 1) bathroom was tiny. I get that NYC rooms are small and our room was OK. But the bathroom - the toilet was right up against the sink unit, so quite uncomfortable unless you're a waif, and very little room to dry after a shower. 2) I moved a small chair in our room on the last day, and saw food debris on the floor, that was definitely not from us. The room had been cleaned 4 times, but missed every time - it was a light chair and didn't conceal much. My husband then told me he'd killed two roaches earlier in the week, but hadn't told me in case I freaked out.Didn't feel like value for money. Wish I'd gone somewhere cheaper and expected less, or more expensive and got something better.

  : I like the proximity of the location to Times Square and attractions found in 5th avenue and neighboring streets; I also liked the complimentary wine and cheese night and free access to TMPL fitness/gym. Also, the staff were pleasant and accommodating especially Josh, Nikita and the petite lady staff (whom i forgot to take her name).
  : Room was not soundproof and not big enough.

  : Nice room, friendly staff, great location
  : My room was very noisy from the a/c generator - would ask for a front of hotel room next time!Also a high deposit was blocked on my card for several days not just 100 dollars as reception had advised.
