  : The location is perfect: subway station on the same block, tons of good restaurants and bars nearby, a block from Chelsea market, three blocks from the water and the Hudson river trail (good for running), walking distance to Greenwich, super central, etc.The apartment itself was also quite spacious, the bathroom was clean, the shower was stocked with shampoo/body wash, there were extra linens, lots of closet space, Hulu/Netflix, stocked kitchenware, dishwasher, etc.
  : The apartment did not come with a washer & dryer, even though we were explicitly told in advance that it would. It was super noisy at night, with bedroom windows facing 8th avenue. One of the windows had an AC unit it in surrounded by thin material aka no sound insulation. The noise & lack of laundry are my main complaints, but there were a number of other annoyances. One of the three dining chairs had a broken leg, the toilet paper roll holder was broken, a mouse got into the lower cupboards, the wifi was not working for two days, half of the stove tops would not light, there was no hot water for 1.5 days. We contacted the local "Hero", who did help us address the wifi issue.

  : It was not mentioned, before hand, that the apt is located on the 4th floor (no elevator available).

  : The location was amazing and the amount of space was as well.
  : The couch had an odor to it, I had to purchase Lysol to disinfect it. Some of the lights in the apartment didn’t work. There also wasn’t enough tissue or supplies when I checked in. The manager was HORRIBLE at communicating his response time was awful via text and I had very horrible check in experience. no towels, no tissue, no pillow cases & I waited 2 hours in the place along with the cleaning person. The TV wasn’t plugged in and I had to go purchase an extension cord just to watch TV. I was told I would get some type of refund back but there has been nothing mentioned. I was found to extend my stay but unfortunately the manager was very unprofessional & responded and was not accommodating at all.

  : The location and the size of the apartment are excellent. The property was clean, and the check-in process was very seamless. Value for money is outstanding.
  : The shower was a bit difficult to use because of the valve placement. One of the bedrooms has a view on 8th Avenue, which is great, but unfortunately also generates quite a lot of noise during the night.

  : -Good location -Had a kitchen -2 bedrooms gave privacy-Contact responded quickly for help-Close to a metro stop-Close to a grocery store -Good sized living room with a TV-Good meal space. Had a dining table w 4 chairs
  : Didn’t seem cleaned well (things and trash left from previous renters)No elevator. We were on 4th floor, carrying heavy bags. Maybe just having been warned would have helped (I’m sure this is not uncommon in old downtown buildings) Noisy at night. The bedroom facing the street has single pain windows and a room AC with no insulation around it. No counter space/shelf in bathroom to set things.
