  : Nice looking lobby. Don’t let that fool you.
  : Firstly, when I booked I wasn’t aware there are 3 hotels located within 1 building. I can only speak for park central, terrible. Unhelpful desk staff, lifts out of action long term. You can wait 10 minutes for a lift! But it’s ok, they let you use the service lift with staff pushing huge trolleys into it. There was a heat wave, aircon wouldn’t go below 22c, staff told me the rooms aircon are centrally controlled. I don’t heat my house to 22 in the winter! Did not sleep well. Hallways, walls and carpets a bit grubby. Modesty plastic over window in shower hanging off so the people of NYC could see me and my family showering but we were not using that bath!! We were at the end of a 2 week road trip. Had we not been so worn out we would have packed up and found another hotel.

  : Housekeeping skipped our room almost every day out of the 18 days we stayed there. We had to form some complaints or catch the staff on our own in order to get housekeeping. And no, we didn't have a DND sign on and we left daily at 9am

  : Responsive staff as I requested a small fridge in the room on the first night of arriving and it was put in the room within 30 mins and the next night I requested an extra blanket and it arrived in no time. The in-hotel deli served delicious coffee and was very convenient
  : The original lady who checked us in was not particularly friendly and although I had requested an upgrade, she took payment for the upgrade but didn't actually upgrade the room. So I had to go back downstairs and request the change. Marcia - the night shift receptionist was extremely helpful, sorting it out with the manager and getting a different room.

Disappointing

  : Can’t say much because I’m really only because my flight was cancelled
  : Extremely inefficient management. Asked for a toothbrush, waited until 2:30 in the morning, still no sign of it. The front desk was polite, but all they can say is “we will send it shortly”, “please be patient”. If you have a morning flight to catch and desperately need to go to sleep but the staff just failed to deliver one tiny little toothbrush, I’m not sure anyone can stay patient in this situation.
