  : The bathroom was just redone and having a little kitchen was nice. Troy was very nice and helpful too. The location was right near the High Line and Hudson Yards and also not too far of a walk to 34th Street or Times Square. There's a really healthy restaurant/smoothie shop right around the corner which is fabulous too!
  : It smelled like smoke and wasn't the cleanest, and the water heater leaked some water and would make noise letting the steam out through the leak.

  : Location was excellent. Many restaurant options within a 10 minute walk. I was able to easily access Citi Bikes for a bike ride along the Hudson River Beltway within 15 minutes. Subway stations were a 5-10 minute walk as well.
  : The check in process needs improvement. Oftentimes, I was the initiator for communications surrounding the check in process. I literally received the apartment address the morning of my flight. I was insistent on ensuring this was done as I was flying across the county with no ability to verify the location to ensure it was was what I originally requested, etc. I was advised to text the property when I was 15 minutes from the apartment and someone would meet me to provide keys. This 15 minutes turned in to a 45 minute wait. After a few more text messages, I was advised the person with the keys was assisting someone else. Perhaps a lockbox could solve this issue? Basically, If you are concerned with quality, cleanliness or location, you may want to work with hotels who are more transparent in their check in and online processes.

  : The most incredible hosts I ever met on my trips. Their heroes wait for your arrival, help you with luggage, and are available by text messages for anything we needed: trash bags, towels, you name it. Troy was the best. Apartments have everithing you need for a short term stay, well located in midtown manhattan.

  : Not much to like about it. During the stay, the WiFi isn’t working and told host about it without any response! The apartment is located on the top floor in an old building without an elevator and the room has odd smell. The worst thing is the windows, they can’t not be closed probably, can’t imagine what would be like in winter season! Anyway, not good experience for us!
  : Old building without elevator, WiFi is not working,windows can’t be closed properly, broken actually! Uncomfortable beds, odd smells in the room! Really nothing to like about this!
