  : The location was perfect for us as we were within walking distance to the French Quarter and the streetcar. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and local grocery store. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. (Oddly, I had stated in my booking what time we would arrive at our accommodations but I was still getting messages while in transit asking what time we would arrive) The unit was comfortable for all of 7 of us and had the basic necessities of coffee maker, pots and pans, shampoo and conditioner, soap and towels. Cooking essentials consisted of some basic spices of salt & pepper, sugar as well as coffee/espresso grinds. Needs a bottle opened in the kitchen utensils. BBQ was available in the courtyard area which is shared with all of the other units but we did not use it. We did use the hot tub and pool quite a bit. Still have no idea where the gym is but we werent dying to use it.
  : It could have been cleaned better. We ended up asking for a mop and cleaner so we could clean the floors again ourselves. But we also bought all purpose disinfectant during our grocery run to clean the tubs and kitchen counters as we felt it could use a little more attention. We were surprised to see laundry was at an added cost of $20 USD (they collect your hamper of clothes, wash & dry it and return it you within a couple of hours) and that it was not directly in our unit. Was not prepared to have someone else launder my undergarments. Had we known this, we would have brought more clothing to avoid this. Would like to see in the listing that laundry facilities are available through laundry service at an added cost.

  : The staff were kind and the place was clean, but it was run down. You could tell it was used as a bachelor party crash pad. Surprising because everywhere you turned were intrusive rules. The listed rules were so absurd and intrusive that following them would mean you got maybe 1/2 of what you paid for in the first place. There were fewer rules when I attended Christian sleep away camp as a 6th grader! It was apparent the owner created rules they knew their guests would break just so they would have an excuse to keep the $1,000 security deposit. Mind you from the looks of the place they're clearly pocketing the security deposit. It's not like they're using it to maintain the property or to buy a full fridge for one of the units (they stacked two min-fridges and a wine cooler into a kitchen that had a stove that was clearly salvaged from a restaurant).
  : I called per direction an hour before arrival. When I arrived to the address provided to me in the email I was told that we were assigned to a house in New Orleans East. New Orleans East is an entirely different neighborhood. It's basically a suburb. The house was probably 15 miles from where we were told we were staying. The house didn't even have a pool and this is after I received travel materials for where we thought we were staying - a vacation rental in the Marigny with a pool. Thankfully the staff were kind and accommodated us. But the fact that the rental company would even try to send us to a different place entirely spells CON JOB. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A FRAUD AND BOOKING.COM SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.

  : I enjoyed my stay. I was a little let down by the actual facility compared to the pictures in line. Location was fine. Very clean. Staff was nice.

  : Cassandra was GREAT! However, she is overworked and running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. It's because of her and everything she did that helped us get through the weekend. She tried to do EVERYTHING including using the blower to clean off the leaves. Poor thing barely slept, she looks EXHAUSTED!!
  : The property was NOT as advertised on the internet. It was not maintain on the grounds it wasn't really clean and the lights doesn't work outside at night. All though it rained you can clearly see that the patio furniture upholstery isn't clean. There were old cigarettes buts left in the ashtrays. This property need to hire a REAL landscaping company to handle this property. Anyway, this whole set up was like a Frat house. If you're under the age of 30 this is the place to stay!!
