  : It is in a convenient location to the rest of New Braunfels.
  : We had to wait for a front desk person to come and they didn’t seem professional at all. The room we got was extremely stuffy and hot. The air conditioning did not work well, but it was time for bed and my child was so tired I could not ask to switch rooms. I needed help with Wi-Fi access to get some work done, but the front desk didn’t respond until the morning. The floors were so dirty we had black feet shortly after walking around the room, not great for a child. The shower was not cleaned thoroughly and the faucet was loose. The furniture was stained and worn. The breakfast was very poor—bruised and over ripe fruit, no hot water for oatmeal, freezer burned potatoes, and poor quality breakfast sausage. We couldn’t eat the breakfast. The coffee was also tepid. There just wasn’t the care or professionalism of staff I’ve seen in other hotels, even at the same price point. I would have gladly paid for a higher priced hotel and I truly regret staying there.

  : The elevator was stuck for a short time and had to use stairs to go up to the 4th floor.

  : Location was good and the room was spacious. I enjoyed the tiled floors versus dirty carpets like most places. The AC worked well, but kind of loud and kept kicking on and off. Elevators were large as well.
  : The shower is terrible. The size is nice and looks good, but there was no way to adjust the pressure which was very strong. They have a half door (glass) that is fixed and the water sprays all over the floor outside the shower. It doesn’t matter how you turn it will spray. There is also no fan in the bathroom to help push the mist out. There were constant puddles that accumulated on the floor in the room. There is certainly a leak underneath the vinyl flooring.

  : Nice ,clean room comfy beds. close to water park and restaurants.
  : No one check on us for anything .towels need to be replaced really thin. the ones we used.

  : Breakfast offered good selection, room was comfortable and most of all quiet. The handicap grab bars were plentiful and well placed.
  : Not really a complaint but I did notice a stain on the lampshade. There was no channel guide in the room making finding a channel to watch difficult and tedious.

  : Front Desk at check-in acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. Door to room was stuck and you had to push very hard to get it to open or close. Room had a musty/moldy smell. Upon entering it was over 80 degrees and the ac had been off.
