  : First of all the access to the beach is within walking distance and the part of the beach we got to was not crowded at all, we were able to easily keep distance, and clear water, smooth sand... While the roads to the property were rough, this also meant the area was very quiet and peaceful. The view was great, apartment was clean, it had all the amenities we needed. There is a splendid restaurant near the property, which had good vegetarian options.
  : We did not receive Booking.com alert notifications for messages from the property and almost missed our full reservation. Indications were exhaustive, but with no sign at the property we had trouble finding the meeting point. There is a long walk to get from the exit elevator to the part of the building we had our apartment. The bed was very stiff and the boiler upstairs broke. Wifi was a bit slow, and disconnected a few times.

  : We liked the apartment and the pool. There is anexcellent restaurant near by. The location is in a bit of wilderness dune area. There are 2 beaches and a cape with beautiful gulfs.
  : For the parking we were dependend on the hotel guard to lift the barrier. There eas no remote control for us.

  : Great location even it was a bit far away from the best beach. I would recommend a small investment in a coffee machine and a toaster in every appartment. Quiet and see view great.

  : The apartment has nice configuration with the upstairs bedroom and balconies with sea view. There is a nice pool in the building area. The Nessebar old city is easy reachable by car. It is a nice place to spend few days.
  : WiFi is weak and not stabile (it needs for sure improvement). The mattress in the bedroom is very hard (guess it is an orthopedic one). There are some not functioning lights. In general - the furniture and devices are very old and not fully matching each other as stile (looks improvised). The parking is outside of the building area (yard) in some dusty rural wild area (it is too much to call it parking facility) The distance to old city is 3 kms and goes over wild area (it needs for sure car for travelling there) In general it is fine to use it for few days, nevertheless one can not categorize it to 4 stars - it is rather a 3 stars quality.
