  : Good location near the train station, close to public transport. Clean, bright and big room. Very good staff, helpful and kind.
  : Hotel is located near very busy street and you can hear it all the time. You can also hear noises from other rooms. Bed was way too hard for our liking.

  : The owner/manager was very warm and helpful. The B&B which is nicely located near the Central Train Station shopping, and Cafes. The street level was noisy and busy. The room was delightful, clean and cheery. Nice Breakfast.
  : The noise level, busy area made walking back in the dark a little uncomfortable. A small lift, then a flight of steps.

  : The room was very nice, it was clean and modern. The lady who was there at check in was the cleaning lady, and she didn't speak English but we did understand each other. The owner said if he was not there he could open the door remotely but as she was there , it was not necessary.
  : The first site was a long alley that had an outdoor elevator that only one person and I suitcase could fit in. We were not sure where to go but luckily there was someone who helped us. Another problem was that the elevator only went up one flight and then you had steps to carry your luggage up. For us older people, its difficult. It is also in an area that was scary. We didn't leave the room. We reserved 2 nights but only stayed one and lost the money for the second night. Then we thought we had found a better place but it was much worse. If you go to Naples , make sure you book a hotel that is well known.

  : The property is exceptional and Masimo helped us with every single thing we needed. There was also another lady there who helped us with checking in and did our breakfast which was really good :)They even kept our bags after checking out until almost 8PM.
  : The road from the train station to the location will not make you feel the safest. Choose the main roads and do not to on little streets and it will get better.
