: The location was good. Walking distance to busy streets, shops, restaurants and the sea. Clean room.
: Upon arrival we noticed that there was a freshly drilled hole in the door to our room, the lock had been drilled out and if you stick your finger inside the hole the door could be opened from the outside. Of course we called the contact number (as reception is closed during the night) to be told that it is safe and no-one will enter our room. I asked if we could possibly change rooms or just receive a refund because this is extremely unsafe, not only for us but for all of our belongings inside the room. The man then told me that we will 'absolutely not' be receiving a refund, and we can change rooms but we have to pay more. After lots of back and forth he finally moved us to a different room without paying, but he was extremely angry and told me 'I don't have time for this and I don't need your money' (contradictive). We stayed only for one night in the new room (as it was late), the beds were hard, and you can hear all the noise from the corridors and from reception. The cleaners were blasting music from the other rooms in the morning, felt more like a hostel. They served our breakfast wrong and gave us a glass of warm milk rather than a cappuccino.
