  : The location is great for everything we were doing. It near the Waterside Shops and very short driving distance from 5th Avenue, Mercato, Clam Pass, etc.
  : It's a relatively crappy hotel for the price. More importantly, the desk person at the front desk during the day was the absolute worst. They had an administrative error in their system with the booking, showing that we were leaving a day early. So, they tried to kick my wife out of the room while I was gone for a short time. I called back to the front desk, offering to forward the email receipt for all days that we had already paid or even screenshot the receipt from the app. My wife actually took the receipt to the desk. But the desk person was obstinate and rude, refused to even look at the receipt. A manager eventually stopped the desk person from continuing with her behavior, but not even an apology.
