  : Emanuela and her family went above and beyond to make us welcome and feel comfortable. For example, most days we couldn't take advantage of the breakfast due to planned day trips, so they made sure we were given breakfast food the evening before, one evening even a special treat. She even ordered the taxi back to the airport for us. The B & B was very close to the train and bus station.
  : It took three sets of keys to get to our room; one for the main entrance of the building, a second to enter the kitchen area, and then a third to the actual room. We had difficulty opening the last two. One day someone had not closed the inside doors of the old fashioned elevator, so we needed to climb up to the third floor after a long day out. The last day of our stay we came back to an unmade bed, no fresh linens, and waste baskets not emptied. The listed amenities on the website are not entirely accurate- Contrary to what it said, there was no bathrobe (a big towel is provided instead as was explained to me), no coffee maker in the room, no iron, and as I mentioned above, no daily housekeeping.
