Disappointing

  : Unfortunately the place was not what we expected. Everything in the room could be heard from outside. We could not sleep normally because of the incessant noise of other people around us. At first we were accommodated in a room with a bathroom, but the shower was broken. Then, without any explanation, they moved us to another room where the sheets had not been changed by the previous people and smelled of sweat. We had to change them ourselves. There was no bathroom in this room and we had to share one with the other tenants.

  : The bar we were sent to for our breakfast across the road was lovely. Cappuccino was the best in town.
  : The place is completely disorganised !!! no curtain on the big window to have some privacy from the very close balconies around us just a big noisy shutter which prevented us to enjoy the sun light , also we only had a very big unpleasant ceiling light in the middle of the room which gave us the impression of being in a hospital room not any bedside lamps to relax provided for the guest!!!The wardrobe was full of their own staff (even Christmas decorations and lot of bed sheets) we had one shelf empty to put our clothes. We had to share a bathroom with few people which we knew about but there was not enough toilet paper for all of us and nobody was around to ask if we could have some for our own considering the hygiene regulations after covid . In the small kitchen we were told that we couldn't use the kitchen stove because it was not working, a coffee machine was there unplugged and there wasn't any coffee pods to use it . Cups for tea and tea bags was few but we couldn't have any boiled water to have one as there was no kettle. The second morning the place was freezing no heater working, no hot water available What a shame! I went out to ask the cleaner why this was, but he didn't have clue, then he called the same guy we saw at the check in, he came and apparently fixed the issue talking all the time on the phone with somone who was giving him instructions but he sadly left and we couldn't even explain things . The cherry on the cake was the amount of noise coming from everywhere and starting at 5 a.m every morning : everything touched from doors to foot steps it was squeaky and the doors slammed, our balcony door was VERY loud and we couldn't close and lock it properly.In a few words nothing was making us feel like we were having a peaceful short break holiday despite to the area we chose to stay in Napoli : the beautiful and high rated quartiere Vomero .
