  : Perfect location with a tremendous view over the harbor. It is a room in a private building. Accessing the building with a smart key and less effort. Communication via WhatsApp
  : They lack on-site parking availability, but they do offer a collaboration with a nearby private parking garage. The cost varies depending on your car's size and model, with luxury brands incurring a higher fee of around 40 per day or possibly more, which caught me off guard. However, the real shock came later.My parking experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The garage has a commendable policy of inspecting cars before parking to prevent any future disputes, which is a proactive measure. After handing over my key, the staff examined my car and parked it. I paid the 40 upfront. The trouble arose the next day when I retrieved my carmy front tire was completely flat. Initially, I suspected a loose tire, but upon filling it with air, I noticed an air leak from a puncture on the sidewall. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that my tire had been intentionally punctured by a sharp knife, a tool no larger than a Swiss army knife.I engaged in a heated debate with the parking staff and even involved the hotel, as they had recommended this parking facility and claimed it was their partner. Disappointingly, the parking staff vehemently denied any responsibility. They offered to show me security footage, which turned out to be a farcical attempt, with the video conveniently skipping crucial moments. After three frustrating hours of back-and-forth, they suggested calling a tire repair specialist. The specialist demanded a hefty cash payment of 250 for a second-hand tire. Frustratingly, I couldn't locate an alternative puncture repair shop in Napoli or its outskirts. This incident occurred on a Sunday, which further compounded the challenge of finding assistance. It was evident that I was being targeted in a scam, and I reluctantly paid the sum, as I had no other viable option.This deeply unsatisfactory experience has left me with an indelible negative impression. To make matters worse, neither the hotel nor booking.

  : A staff was very kind and he/she offered us via WhatsApp to arrange a taxi to the airport and we were so grateful. The location was also very convenient and very closed to one of bus stops of Alibus and to a subway station.
  : The hotel locates in a building and its security is not enough. The guard at the entrance was often missing with a totally opened entrance door and some guests dont close the hotel doors (inside of the building) and we felt so unsafe.
