  : Our first night we ate at the Crush lounge. The staff were terrible. Our original waiter went on break and left us in the care of Aline, she was TERRIBLE!!! She never once checked on us. When the original waiter came off break he came by our table to ask if we needed anything else, we told him that we had not been checked on since he left. We tried this place another night before we left, and they wanted to charge us $73 to bowl for 1 hour. We had called and were told that it would be $23, but once we got there they wanted to charge an additional $25 per person. Aline was the one that met us to get our shoes, she drips with laziness. When she told us of the additional charges, I politely told her she could refund my $23 reservation fee. She told me she couldn’t do that, but once I told her I would go to the front desk to talk to management, she promptly credited me. We also visited the pool one afternoon, be aware of the automatic 28% gratuity. The pool staff was less than mediocre. The last hour we were there we had no waiter. I had to actually go to the bar to close out our tab and find my credit card. The spa was descent, the massages were good, and we were told up front of the mandatory 22% gratuity. I will still say that they are very overpriced. This resort is not what I had imagined a $550 a night resort to be.

  : This is a sprawling property. Massive actually. The facilities are clean and comfortable.
  : Nothing special and expensive for what it is. I’m our rate, we got a $30 pp breakfast credit. Hah. We ran over even at the quick coffee spot. Ridiculous prices.

  : I’m writing this review as I could not get over how incredibly rude the staff were. I’m not talking about one or two people I encountered but literally everyone working in the hotel. They are extremely short, unfriendly and just generally ignorant and unwilling to help, especially the receptionist I met at check in. Everything is extremely slow in the hotel as well from checking in and out to ordering food etc. A lot of the staff also couldn’t speak English which led to a lot of issues such as items missing when ordering food or wrong items received. I travelled with other members of my family and the reservations team totally messed up their bookings. The day I checked out however was the icing on the cake as I ordered four cappuccinos from Blend cafe (one of which was for my partner while he was packing up the car) and I asked if they could make that one last. When he arrived which was literally 3 minutes later, they told me I hadn’t paid for 4 coffees but 3, even though it was clearly evident from the amount I paid that I ordered 4. They made me pay again which I was absolutely horrified by and was completely unacceptable. They were in no way apologetic when they were the ones in the wrong. I found the staff in general very incompetent in the hotel which really took away from what a beautiful resort it is.
