  : We could walk into downtown Nappa, which was part of their sales pitch, and the main reason we booked this motel. It was about a half hour walk, but part of that was along a very busy road where there was no path, not great, especially in the dark! Nappa itself was lovely with lots of places to eat and drink. We did a lovely walk through a country park area (short drive from the accommodation).
  : The whole place was very dated and dusty. It is not a hotel it is an old fashioned motel. The breakfast that was included wasn't worth bothering with. The reception area and breakfast area were just like the hallway of owners' home. The person who checked us in was on the telephone when we arrived and was a little rude to us, not welcoming at all.

  : The staff was not helpful. We lost power over night and blamed us. No help or offer fir discount. It was hot the air-conditioning took forever and it was a very dirty room

  : Their property owner was rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service, and got the reservation details wrong. The property also appears to look better online than in person.

  : Dirty, nothing like the photos, uncomfortable beds, linen not clean, smelled, hot water didn't work until manager was called, breakfast minimal choices, shabby, smallest bathroom ever, insufficient parking, burn holes in furniture, couldn't sit on toilet properly without knees bumping the opposite wall. Just awful.
